Bo House
Bo House is a luxury villa and chalet rental brand with an included concierge, present in Saint-Tropez, Courchevel, Méribel and Saint-Barthélemy, and part of the Eterniti group, founded in Switzerland in 2017. In Courchevel since the 2025-2026 season, its chalets range from ski-in, ski-out to a few minutes from the slopes, with a 24/7 concierge for transfers, tables, private events and private chefs.
Bo House was born in Saint-Tropez and arrived in Courchevel for the 2025-2026 winter. It belongs to Eterniti, a group founded in Switzerland in 2017 under the name Emerald Stay, which also manages properties for owners.
What it sells is less a chalet than a stay: concierge included, 24/7, for airport and helicopter transfers, restaurant tables in peak weeks, first tracks, private evenings, spa treatments at the chalet and chefs who cook in-house, starred chefs included on request.
